When Standard & Poors cut the credit ratings of Australia's big four banks, ABC jumped on the phone to BBY's leading Financials Analyst, Brett Le Mesurier.

Brett told the ABC's Business Reporter, David Taylor, that he hoped that it was not to be the first in a series of downgrades because the credit quality and the capital ratios of the major Australian banks were in very good shape.

Brett's top pick of the Big Four remains the CBA.
